About the event
Join Deepwater Conservation Initiative in performing our first organized quagga and zebra mussel observation in Bear Lake!
Our observations assist the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources in tracking invasive species throughout the State of Utah. These observations are open to both certified recreational divers and AAUS scientific divers. Divers must complete the quagga mussel observation training prior to participating in our surveys and can be completed online.
Divers must bring personal dive gear to the observation; no dive rentals are available on site.
