About the event
Join us for our annual Quagga and Zebra Mussel Citizen Science training! This citizen science program is designed to help track and mitigate the spread of invasive quagga and zebra mussel in the State of Utah. By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Properly identify quagga and zebra mussel
- Report findings to Deepwater Conservation Initiative
- Be familiar with the tools used and how to checkout observation kits
This training is free and all levels of diver are welcome.
